Bit of an odd one but noticed that our unit is missing one of the screws on the metal side panels!? anybody at Isla able to let us know what the screw is mouser or RS so we can order one?

Pretty sure Mouser is not the place for fastener supplies. You could use McMaster-Carr (https://mcmaster.com)
M3 x 0.5 x 14mm Flat Socket Cap Torx T10 Screw (or philips screw if you have silver side panels)

Amazon also sells these screws. I got them in different lengths and head types. (pause?)
