What I mean by that is you guys give a shit about your instrument and the customers who use it. That’s not always the vibe in these situations, and I appreciate the hard work everyone puts in and the giving-a-shit attitude that goes along with it..

I was just trying to be funny, but I always seem to miss the mark.
