I’m a hopefully (if back in stock) will be a new guy to the s2400 been wanting one for so long. Soon I finally gonna do it provided they come back. Do any s2400 boom bap/hip hop heads or any genre honestly have any advice on anything to get or do once getting an s2400? Just want to start off rite having recommended items add ons etc accessories one I get one crossed 
sorry if this sounds odd just want to be ahead of the game hear. I’ve wanted one for so long. Hopefully I can get one. Color etc I like the white but that’s secondary to me I just want a new s2400 even a used Mint or excellent condition one if I can’t buy new. But any recommendations on anything I will need or should get wise please chime in to lace me up with anything youz can advise.

My advice is to try to get to know the machine just by itself for a while. Don’t get too distracted with making midi connections, turning it into a computer interface, or other studio integrations while first starting out.
A tip I overlooked for a long time on this machine; the resample + pitch up function is a pretty awesome way to quickly convert samples you have on the SD over to actual 12 bit pitched-up samples.

I know it sounded like an odd dumb question but i have had instances of things with other gear pop up thinking then oh shit i wish i knew that etc etc. but thanks again for your input.
Same advice from me. Start with getting down the basics and create some proper muscule memory. Also wait with buying the DSP card until you got the S2400 figured out completely.
My recommendation is to learn the machine in it’s entirety and then once you do that you’ll know if you need anything else.

Ok I got one on reverb coming. 21’ model. Mint condition used in one session then was just sitting. only thing was I guess that year had a certain soldering issue that was fixed. The gentleman had the paperwork from the repair which is nice. Can’t wait for it to come. Been wanting an S2400 for a long while.
