Pressing ‘No’ in Erase screen doesn’t close it [RESOLVED]

In both looper and sample tracks, after pressing Erase button and then selecting ‘No’ the screen doesn’t go away.

The same happens when trying to erase an empty pattern and selecting the only option ‘OK’.

I believe, it makes more sense to close the dialog no matter which option the user has chosen. After all, if they want to erase another track (which is rather a rare use case), they can press the Erase button again.

Also, could the Erase dialog screen become non-blocking so the pressing any button (except Bank and the pads) would close it?

I cannot reproduce that issue. Please give more detail on how to repro.

It’s simple:

  1. You are in “Pattern” screen
  2. Press Erase button
  3. The “Erase” screen is visible
  4. Press a pad
  5. A dialog “Erase Track X from Pattern Y?” pops up
  6. If you press “YES”, both the dialog and the “Erase” screen go away. But when you press “NO” (or “OK” if the pattern is empty), the dialog goes away but the “Erase” screen remains

Thank you for the clarification. That is not a bug. That is the intended functionality.
