Sampled an acapella and built a beat around that. Everything is coming out of the 2400 after sampling a few of my synths, then running into my Mackie with effects from an H9, Quadraverb 2, and Boss SE70. I’m happy with how it turned out, except for the bass. If you have tips on how to get bass with a bit more impact in the mix, I’d love to know. I messed around with eq, but don’t really know what I’m doing. I’d like it to be a bit more clear. It sounds muddy to me.
