Example -
- Set track to ‘override = transpose’
- Press pitch
- Record a one bar loop hitting the sample at different pitches
- Playback with track in pitch [A] override mode. You can adjust the pitch of the sample and the intervals of the recorded pitches remain as expected (because we set it to ‘override+transpose’)
- If you now hit SHIFT+A to modify the pattern it writes all the snares at a single pitch (as if the track was in ‘override + ALL’) so the different pitches are lost
