It seems to affect only the very first play, the first beat of the first bar right just after loading.
There is no problem when pressing play after pressing stop or when the sequencer is looping.
From the capture below it seems that there is a blank or silence on the stereo 1-2 output. Hence the audible lag I always hear compared to the first snare just after loading.
