Hoi, I control different synth from an external midi keyboard via the midi channels of the S2400 using the midi focus feature. That works really well but I have also merged my synth with keyboards to the midi input next to the midi controller keyboard. (for example my Moog grandmother) when using the midi focus to play a certain synth (another then the grandmother to stay at my example) I can’t play my grandmother at the same time when midi focus for this synth is activated.
What I want is playing to different synth at the same time, recording the midi notes directly into the sequencer…
I guess there is not really a workaround, midi focus works like that as the name implies or does somebody has a tip?
I hope I explained it in a way it’s an understandable question 
… having so much fun with the S2400, it is my main device where all strings come together for sequencing and programming and I discover everyday new possibilities until I’m a bit stuck with “problems” like that.
