Metronome Only Heard from S2400 Headphones — Not Audio Interface

I’m using my S2400 together with an Arturia AudioFuse Studio as an aggregate device (macOS 15.1.1), set as both the Audio Input Device and Output Device in Ableton Live 12.2.7. I’ve created eight tracks in Ableton and routed the first bank of eight S2400 channels through Live. Audio passes through fine and I can hear everything as expected.

However, I cannot hear the Ableton metronome when monitoring through my AudioFuse Studio headphones. The metronome does work if I plug headphones directly into the S2400. From older threads it looks like this might be a bug related to aggregate devices, but I’m not sure.

If anyone has run into this or has a workaround, I’d really appreciate the help.

(I’m using the April 28 2025 firmware for the s2400)

On the S2400, press the “Metronome” button (right of “song”, shared with “settings”). Please list what you have set and checked?

Also, if I read correctly, this appears to be a problem not with the S2400 itself, but your interface. I have a focusrite clarett 8pre and there’s software for that and volume control for headphones on the unit itself, how do you have yours set up?
