It’s a sampler, I would advise to sample into the machine in my humble opinion. It will also color the sound a bit make it unique.
The only stuff that lives in my sd is one shots.
You’re really going against the grain of your sampler not sampling into the machine, its literally part of the workflow of using a sampler.
as you said, that’s your opinion.
there is nothing else on the market that has such speedy sample selection that also has a nice 12 bit mode and analog filters.
i don’t really care about sampling into it and i’m not someone who bought it due to the legacy of the original hardware, i just like the ease of use when it comes to browsing and having a nice sturdy hardware sample/one shot player.
Alright good luck, you’re on your own then. You’re trying to use the machine past it’s capabilities and if you get issues it will be on you not the machine.
