Long press on F-keys after 2 digits are entered apply the change in Normalize screen [FIXED]

Small detail but here is a step by step to reproduce the behavior described in the title

-Reboot
-Shift+Sample
-Sample something towards 0 dB for example
-Press the Level button
-Type 2, 0 and then keep F1 pressed
→ Change applied, it goes out of the normalize screen.

Additional stuff:
-Reboot
-Shift+Sample
-Sample something towards 0 dB for example
-Press the Level button
-Press 1,2 then long press F3
→ sample is now -12.3 db
-Press the Level button
-Press 1,2 then F3
→ sample is now +12.3 db

Good catch. That is an obscure one. TBH I’m not even sure I dislike the behavior, but it is inconsistent, so I fixed it.
