So i updated the new firmware and now when i sample anything it’s all distorted

Did you maybe knock the level trim on the back?

Hi Brad , no DSP card , trim level never moved , inputs 1&2 have worked perfect since i’ve had it , now when i sample it’s sounds clipped and distorted but 3&4 inputs work fine
Just started happening since i updated firmware , maybe a strange coincidence

I trust you are not selected on phono input or x10 or x100?
If so need a couple more reports of this.

I might have experienced something similar I think.
It was in a previous version though. Haven’t recorded with new newest one yet.
When I used x1 it actually recorded with x10 (or maybe it was x100 - point is, that it was too loud and not x1).
I then switched to x10 and then back to x1, and then it worked correctly.
Of course it would be nice to have it fixed in a future update, but until then, you could try it as a work around, so you are still capable of sampling in the meanwhile.
Not sure it is the same bug, but could be worth a try.

I believe this is fixed in the new 2025-03-18 firmware update.
That is to say, I definitely fixed a bug with sampling gain. But it required multiple steps to reproduce. Let us know another bug still exists.
