I know we are not supposed to do so 
but I noticed that If I erase a sample that is still assigned on a pad from my sd card the machine freeze. I havent tried with short samples.
I sometimes tend to press rec/edit by inadvertance when doing the chopping from the sample window pressing run/stop to monitor it. I noticed that when editing a sample after reloading it to a pad to proceed.

Fixed in dev. Will be in the next update.
Gives a warning, and if you delete it anyway, it clears the sound from the track.
