I’ve my first gig with the s2400 tomorrow and looking to be able to switch through my samples without having to load a new project for every song/new tempo
Anyone have an success with this?
Patterns within the same project can have different tempos.
“Shift+Tempo: Toggles global tempo or pattern-specific tempo for the current pattern. An equal sign between the tempo symbol and the BPM indicates that the current pattern is using the global tempo. An identical symbol ≡ indicates that the tempo is pattern-specific.”
I would make sure that none of your patterns use the global tempo (i.e. pattern tempo for all patterns).
Personally I wish pattern tempo was the default rather than global tempo (or at least an option to set this in global settings).
