RX 950 plugin

Based on these specs, shouldnt this work? I get it to work in ableton but with the Linux Arm support, shouldnt this work on the 2400?

RX950 versions history

1.1.3Current version

  • Added support: Apple Silicon AAX
  • Added support: Linux ARM
  • Fixed: Various bugs

It looks like it would and given its small amount of controls it seems like the perfect candidate for the S2400.

The only other hurdle is if there’s some sort of GUI Authenticator or online authentication that needs to be ran.

Edit: it does say it’s DRM free

If anyone has this and can give any advice this would be KILLER.

I bought it and tried it with no luck. Both the VST and VST3 versions. I haven’t been able to sync any VST or VST3 plugins successfully.

Bummer.

Yeah, I’ve only got LV2s to work personally. Haven’t tried CLAP.

I’m pretty sure CLAP support is still being worked on. I’m actually pretty content with just the MDA, air windows and plugin directory offerings so far. I don’t feel like it’s missing anything at the moment in terms of options.

However the RX950 is one I’d really like to get working. I have the iOS version and it sounds amazing. I actually had to email them after purchasing to get the aarch64 download which they happily provided. I might try emailing them again to see if they can port it to LV2 although I’m not a programmer and don’t know how much work that entails.

Yeah, tbh I spent one night looking for free shit but other than the Dragonfly reverb bundle that’s featured on the plugin directory page I haven’t felt like I’ve been missing anything.

AirWindows currently uses a lot of resources so I tend to stick with the MDA stuff and it all sounds great. But I agree, anything that’s emulating more late 80s / early 90s sampler sounds is definitely stuff that piques my interest. Would love this one on S2400, the sound demos for it sound great.

if its a free plugin, then either link me to it or the aarch64 package and i’ll look at it.

Unfortunately its $20 but the link to the plugin is:

To be honest, my first thought in favor of buying the DSP card was to run this plugin on my S2400. It would be very nice to know that it works.

It’s fine.

Make sure you are copying the VST3 version of the plugin, not the VST.

For clarity, this is exactly what the folder structure should look like on your SD card.
You can probably just delete the x86_64-linux folder since it wouldn’t be used.

Further, I have added the plugin to the library.

Still not working for me.

I did notice in my SD card drop down that it goes from “contents” to “x86_64-linux”

Im not seeing any of the aarch64-linux folder.

Ok, I suggest you send that screenshot and ask their support to send you the aarch64 binaries.
I have emailed them and made them aware of us and what we do.

This is what I did when I purchased it directly from inphonik and they promptly provided me with a link for the aarch64 package. Thanks for looking into it, works great. Not sure how I messed up the folder structure the first time around.

I bought mine from Plugin Boutique. Hopefully they send me the aarch64 package. I contacted both Plugin Boutique and Inphonik directly. I’ll let you know what I get back.

Hello. I emailed them and this was their response:
“We’re preparing proper packaging for the AARCH64 version and will let you know when it’s ready.” So, perhaps they will make this available to all who have purchased RX950.

I’ve got the same reply from them.

Recieved a reply from inphonik this morning.

"We’re so happy that our plug-in can be used in your solution.
I sent you a license for our PCM2612 Retro Decimator Unit in another email."
^^ For me to test its suitability on the S2400

We will clarify the download process for S2400 users as soon as possible.

Thanks!

With kind regards,
