Great stuff !
Quick hardware question upon seeing you manipulate the machine briefly :
Do the the encoders have a standard shaft, ie. will it be possible for users to swap the knobs with other existing designs eventually if they ever feel like it ?
First impression is that, while those large monolithic cylinder types look sleek, it seems like a slightly slimmer shape, besides giving more space (not that it’s lacking as is though) between them, could potentially allow for a slightly better viewing angle over the whole course of the LEDs while in use, as opposed to having to lean more vertically over the unit.
