LV2 Soundfont Preset/Program Change - possible? :)

Hi just curious while waiting on my DSPcard - coming from a live-set perspective - ie using the box in a live situation where variety is key - is it (or would it be) possible to change presets in a LV2 Soundfont plug-in via midi?

It ‘should’ be possible with a pgm change message, however, it could make the audio glitch when the preset changes.
I will do some further testing on this over the coming weeks as the pressure is off me a little.
