Knob catchup mode doesn’t work correctly in MIDI banks

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make sure you have 2 MIDI banks (E & F for this example)
  2. On Track E1, set any knob or fader to ~50%
  3. Switch to Bank F
  4. move the knobs/fader of F1 to 100%
  5. Switch back to Bank E
  6. move the knobs/fader - the value won’t catch at 50%, you have to go all the way down to 0% for the knobs/fader value to sync, at which point it snaps to 0%

Can be replicated on any track of a MIDI bank
