Hi guys, just curious to knowow if the 12bit inputs are hardware converters, and whether conversion done internally after the 16 bit inputs is by software?

Ok, so sampling with 12bit inputs vs internal conversion will sound different? I think I read/heard somewhere that the conversion actually sends the sound via the 12bit inputs and back to the machine?

The internal conversion actually goes through the 12bit inputs, it’s the same thing as the sampling through these inputs.
On the other hand, in the possible actions, there is a software bit reducer which goes down to 1 bit lol
