I bought the Kordbot primarily as a learning tool.
It’s a great tool for learning chords and also getting into the music playing w/o fumbling with chords.
I think ISLA can really expand this area as a learning tool further.
A suggestion below:
- display the music notes on a staff on the LCD screen based on the Key+MOD
- user plays a series of notes and let Kordbot intelligence identify the possible chord names
- suggest chord progressions (eg. vi ii V I, etc) based on the chord played
- any other suggestions from members? I’m sure I missed the many possibilities out there.
