DSP : Add a “choose default folder” for plugins

Because right know, if you load a project, when you want to add a plugin, it bring you to the project folder, instead of the previous DSP plugin folder.

Also being able to set a default presets folder.

I was going to say this as well. “Add plugin” should default open the DSP folder where the plugins are. Just like the dedicated Projects and Kits folders work.

Like @sglitsos mentions, there should also be default DSP Preset and DSP config folders that automatically open when loading prests/configs.
