Back in the first year or two support was amazing. Within a day. Now im waiting weeks if ever for a reply? Whats going on guys?
I saw Brad has just had a baby, so that’s probably a part of it.
What’s the issue? You may be able to get help from other users right here, depending on what it is of course.

I typically had a pretty good experience. I’ll mention this just in case: please keep in mind that guys do not process tickets outside of work hours.
Also check your spam folder in your email client just in case. I remember people complaining about this while in fact the reply has been sent.
It would also help if you included your ticket number in your original post so that the team is able to refer to it and help you out.
